Following the US invasion of the Iraqi capital Baghdad, international tensions have tightened the security of consulates in different countries, including the United States, Britain and Iran, in Karachi.
According to police sources, the order has been issued to activate the Foreign Security Cell of Karachi Police in this regard. Subsequently, police patrols have been increased as well as security around the consulates and diplomatic staff residences.current world news
