The mechanism for opening factories should be made: Chief Minister Sindh

According to the spokesman of the Sindh Chief Minister Sindh Murtaza Wahab, provincial ministers Dr. Azra Pechoho, Saeed Ghani, Nasir Hussain Shah, Chief Secretary Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah, Ikram Ullah Dhariju, IG Sindh Police Mushtaq Maher, Secretary Home, Additional IG Karachi, Core 5 Karachi. Brigadier Sami, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sindh, Secretary Industries, Secretary Investment and others attended.

 The meeting discussed the suggestions of the export-oriented manufacturers.

The industrialists have requested the government to allow them to open the industry on certain conditions so that they can fulfill export orders.

The meeting considered issues of industrialists, especially those who have to meet import orders.

 On this occasion, Chief Minister Sindh said that if it were not compulsory we would never stop the wheel of industry, we would like to open factories.

The Chief Minister directed the Department of Labor, Industry, Health and Law Enforcement to prepare SOPs in this regard so that the factories could be opened.

Chief Minister Sindh said that SOPs should be guided by health professionals and based on principles of labor and industry.

He urged the department to create SOPs for each sector so that the business activities could be started in a phased manner after April 14.

Chief Minister Sindh also directed to create a SOP for the citizens.
