The Prime Minister's Office says that Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved the SOPs, while the PM Delivery Unit has issued instructions to the top officers of the relevant ministries and agencies.
The Prime Minister has directed the PM Delivery Unit to monitor the open courtyards and to keep open couches for public grievances.
