Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan of the Lahore High Court heard the request of Tabassum Dar in which it was held that the Punjab government had converted Ishaq Dar's house into a shelter.
The petitioner said that the Islamabad High Court has issued a stay order against the auction of the residence. The Punjab government has also violated the Islamabad High Court order.
The petition stated that the government was targeting the political leaders for political retaliation.
It should be noted that in his reaction to the government action, Ishaq Dar said that this was the end of political revenge. The government should blow the law, Ali Isar Dar's son-in-law, in response, announced that he would go to court against the government. The move is state terrorism.
On the other hand, a few days ago, Special Assistant to Information Minister Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the house of the former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar was controlled by the people and not by the government.current world news
