According to Arab News, about 70 million people come to Umrah every year, most of them land at Jeddah and Medina airports.

Meanwhile, Iranian Minister of Health Saeed Namaki has said that instead of closing the city to stop the spread of the Corona virus, the movement of affected patients has been banned, visiting Mashhad and Qom.

He has instructed the citizens to refrain from traveling to cities of Iran where the speed of arrival is high, medical teams have been deployed at the entry points of such cities.
