Musharraf's plea hearing against special court

The court dismissed Musharraf's plea to stop the execution, directed the lawyers to come in and demand a record in connection with the formation of a special court. A full bench comprising Justice Muhammad Amir Bhatti and Justice Chaudhry Masood Jahangir chaired the hearing of the Lahore High Court headed by Justice Syed Mazhar Ali Akbar Naqvi.

Pervez Musharraf's various treason cases were challenged, including the decision of a serious treason case against him, the establishment of a trial court and a complaint filed by the then government.
