A two-member division bench comprising Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Atharmanullah and Justice Durban Saleem Pervez granted interim bail to PPP leader Sharjeel Memon and sought reply from NAB on January 1.
The court directed Sharjeel Memon to submit a bail bond of Rs 5 lakh in the verdict and also issued a notice to the nab on the bail plea and sought reply by January 1.news world ahmed
In the same NAB inquiry, former Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah is also on interim bail while four accused and two companies have been bargained for Rs 29 crore.
