The Chief Justice replied that we did not give any order in our decision. We said that the High Court has the power to take that decision.

He further said that the impression that the Supreme Court decision has intensified the torture of the High Court, we will write in the detailed judgment that the High Court can make a decision without being affected by the judicial observation.

The court dismissed Nawaz Sharif's appeals petitioner's petitioners Ishtiaq Mirza, Sohail Akhtar and Tariq Asad.

Earlier, in the Judge Arshad Malik video scandal case, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif filed a review petition in the Supreme Court against the verdict.

In a petition filed by Nawaz Sharif's lawyer Khwaja Haris in the Supreme Court, Nawaz Sharif took the stand that he was given a decision without notice and without hearing.

Khwaja Haris said in the review petition that without taking our stand, the court has fixed the parameters of the case, our position should also be heard on the video scandal.

He said that the decision of the Supreme Court in the video scandal affected the right, the Supreme Court should review its decision and the submissions against us should also be reviewed.
